Children of Men
Holy crap, I’ve read reviews of Children of Men and read how it’s possibly the best movie ever.
Normally I don’t hold much faith in film reviews, but Children of Men is hands down amazing. If it does not win a million academy awards, then I will give up on the Academy, and on all award shows. Well, I mean it’s not like the award shows matter anyways, they are like student council elections. The most popular gets elected, not the most talented. But this movie better transcend that played out cliche.
To pull out another “____ of ____” movie for comparison, City of God is the last movie I felt this passionately about. If you’ve never seen City of God, you’re missing out on one of the most beautiful movies ever made. Children of Men had so many moments that just made me say wow.
Ebay
Wow, so Ebay Sucks! SUCKS!
That playstation 3 sold for $760, then Ebay took a $24 fee, and then Paypal took a $23 fee. They basically took almost half the profit I made on the system. Well, at least I still made about $60 for doing nothing more than seeing a ps3 at walmart and impulse buying it.

Last night I went over to my friend Jon’s to watch him play some zelda (yeah, I took a break from playing zelda to go over and watch someone play zelda, I’m cool). He decided we needed to head to walmart to get some batteries (cause the wii remotes eat batteries like a fat kid who eats a lot of stuff). While we were at Walmart we went to the electronics section. There it was, the thing that is gonna pay for some Christmas presents for people (well, at least pay off the credit card that paid for the gifts).
A Playstation 3 with 60 Gig hard drive was just sitting there in the display case.
I whipped out my trusty credit card and bought the sucker. Right now it’s on ebay, and hopefully it at least sells for more than what I paid for it. Hopefully a whole lot more, if you get what I’m scratchin at.
Long overdue
Friends, it’s been long overdue. I haven’t updated this page in forever, and I blame schoolwork and various other life activities on my lack of updates. Well, now that it’s finals time, why not get myself involved with a ton of things that will distract me. Namely, posting to my website. I have a new batch of music that I bought over the last semester, and I hope to start up a subpage kinda like what Yewknee has over on his consumed page
It’s a little late right now, or else I would post some awesome sort of update. And also I have a new Aqua Teens sitting here waiting for me to watch, so I’ll get something up tomorrow during dead day.
