Summer Mix series
Don’t forget, the yewknee.com summer mix series is getting close. I hope you’re getting your mixes together. Let me know if you need help hosting your mix. I waste so much bandwidth each month.
Here’s a sneak peak into my mix (this will be track 1)

Credit Card Interest
I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before, but if you’re a good standing customer of your bank, or whoever you get your credit card through. It’s probably a good idea to call them up and see if you are getting the lowest possible interest rate. They want to keep you as a customer, so they most likely will lower it a little at the least. I just lowered mine by about 1.5% Sure it’s still high at 10%, but it’s lower than the 11.50% that it was at.
Call your credit card company. Oh this also works if you want to raise your credit limit. They can raise it once every six months or so. I don’t need the raises anymore, but back in the day, when I had a $600 credit card. I would call every six months to make sure it got raised. I mean Credit cards are for emergencies, and what emergency costs less than $600?

Funny road name in Ohio
I like finding funny things on google maps. This isn’t an anomaly or anything, just a funny road name
RSS Feed
Unbeknownst to me, my RSS feed hasn’t been working since last Feb. I don’t know what I did to it to break it, but I found some sort of fix. I switched to using the old RSS 1.0 instead of the 2.0. I don’t really use any of the features of 2.0 anyways. The link has been updated over on the left, and if you use RSS, just update my feed to http://www.cmikesell.com/?feed=rss
Thanks for alerting me Michael
wordpress upgrade
I upgraded my version of wordpress last night, and for fun, I didn’t activate my comment spam filter. In about a 7 hour period, I got at least 10 spam comments.
Kids, remember to turn on your spam filters
SK w/AIDS
Last week I was at an amusement park and we saw a man who looked just like Stephen King, except he was really skinny.
I’m saddened by the fact that Evan beat me to saying “hey guys did you just see Stephen King with AIDS?”
My bank
My bank requires questions like “What’s your favorite tv show?” and “What’s your favorite color?”
There’s about 10 total questions, and I would say I answer wrong 6 out of 10 times.
It’s just fun answering a question about myself and having a webpage say “no, that answer is not right, that is not your favorite tv show”
Hellooooo bank, opinions change, sheesh
You might have noticed that I haven’t posted in a while. Well… The War at Home got cancelled…. and that got me all depressed.
Here’s something to watch. I can’t keep my eyes off of it. I really want to click away from the page, but for some reason I can’t.
