Summer Mix
I’ve completed my summer mix for the yewknee summer mix series 2009:
This mix is a mix of the songs you would have heard, had you lived in Alvin Texas and attended the same day care as me, or went to the same birthday parties as me. This is the mix of songs I can remember being played on repeat for every single outing to the Algoa Skating Rink on the outskirts of Alvin.
I even attempted to keep the playlist in order the best I could. Near the middle of course was always the limbo contest. It’s hard to imagine it now, but I was almost always the champion limbo king. Enjoy!

Possibly my favorite part was the closer song, they would pull down a projector screen and show the music video for Ray Parker Jr’s Ghostbusters. Ahh the memories.
